CS Shantanu Srivastava is the Associate Member of the ICSI Since 2023. He has done his B. Com & LL.B. from University of Lucknow. A Lawyer with rich and varied experience of 3 years in managing the entire gamut of Secretarial and Corporate Governance functions.
He has worked as a Semi Qualified Company Secretary and Advisors for various firms and then started his own Practicing Company Secretary Firm M/s SHANTANU SRIVASTAVA & ASSOCIATES based in Lucknow & Navi Mumbai where various legal and corporate compliances are dealt with, he has also been taking sessions for ODOP and CAP FOR ICSI and teaching various professional at renowned institutes i.e. ICSI, and other Professional institutes, Within a period of 2 years he has delivered and guided more than 1000+ students. He is also a Committee Member of Training & Educational Facilities Committee (TEFC) of the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of ICSI.
He is the Advisor of various Start Up Companies some of the major giant’s startups are Like Morang Desh Ventures in Bihar & Bizexcel in Navi Mumbai & Studeasy Foundation (NGO) in Navi Mumbai etc.
He is a prominent advisor in the areas of Corporate Governance, Compliance Management & Due-diligence and other Compliances etc.
